Agenda for the Regular Meeting of January 21, 2026
of the Board of Directors for the Flathead County Water District #1 – Evergreen
- Call the meeting to order.
- Pledge of Allegiance.
- Recognize any public in attendance and allow for public comment on any matters that are within the jurisdiction of the District. Time per speaker may be limited depending on the number of public members who sign up to make comments.
- Adopt or amend the agenda by eliminating items, reassigning the order of items, or adding items for discussion.
- Approval of the minutes of the regular meeting of November 19, 2025.
- Presentation of the Manager’s Report. Cindy Murray and Staff
- Presentation of the Engineer’s Report and Capital Budget update. Jeff Walla
- Consideration of Resolution 2026-01 Employee Handbook and Policies. Mimi Wildeman and Cindy Murray
- Consideration of Resolution 2026-02 Approval of Jacobs Engineering Contract for the Septic Tank Replacement Project. Jeff Walla
- Presentation of Water PER Technical Memo on water supply and storage- Jeff Walla and Great West
- Presentation of Mid-Year O & M Budget- Cindy Murray
- Discussion of open Ex-Officio Board position- Cindy Murray
- Consideration of Personnel Matter. Mimi Wildeman and Cindy Murray
The meeting may be closed pursuant to MCA 2-3-203 (3) during the time the discussion relates to a matter of individual privacy. Other portions of the discussion may be closed pursuant to MCA 2-3-203 (4) for consultation with counsel to the District.
- Presentation of Oversight Report for November and December 2025 Bob Balding
- Examine and approve reports for Checks Written and Chase Credit Card Payments for November and December 2025 and accept the financial statements for November and December 2025 financials. B.J. Lupton
- Next meeting is February 18, 2026, at 7:00 a.m.
Members of the public may attend in person or virtually via Microsoft Teams or Zoom. To receive virtual access information, please contact the District office no later than Monday, January 17, 2026. An agenda will be posted and available in accordance with Montana Code Annotated §§ 2-3-103 and 2-3-202 and will include time for public comment on matters within the jurisdiction of the Board.

District Board Meeting
January 05, 2026
The Board of Directors for the Flathead County Water District No. 1 - Evergreen will hold its regular monthly board meeting on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at 7:00 a.m. The meeting will be held at the District Shop Building at 108 Cooperative Way. The Board will receive public comments in person as per the agenda and by email prior to the meeting, which can be sent to info@evergreenwaterdistrict.com. The agenda is available on the website, on the District’s Facebook page, and at the office.
