The Evergreen Water & Sewer District offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

 Online Bill Payment & Automatic Payments

Our Online Bill Payment Service allows you the convenience of paying your utility bill online. You can now pay your bill 24/7.  We accept most major credit cards.  We do not accept American Express. Have your account number handy. To set up auto pay just click the green "PAY YOUR BILL NOW" button to the right or at the bottom of this page to get started. 

Notice: In order to help customers struggling with the effects of COVID-19, we are waiving all convenience fees until further notice.  We wish you safety and health in these tumultuous times.

ACH Auto Pay

This is a no-extra-cost solution to paying your bill automatically each month, Sign up today! Simply fill out the form located under the forms and reports tab on our website and mail it in, or bring it to our office. Please include a voided check with the form. ACH payments are drafted on the 25th of each month.

 Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill. 

Payment By Phone

Our pay by phone option allows you the convenience of paying your utlity bill by phone.  You can pay our bill 24/7.  Have your account number handy and call 406-247-0091

Payment Drop-off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, or money orders. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy. 

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
